Stop by Micah's shop today. To get an appointment for my 2019 GMC Sierra. Micah and Matt both stopped to help me out. We went over details about my truck. They took my information. They are gonna get me an appointment for the work to be done. They were highly rated for the Dayton Ohio area. Actually #1 On the list of Best Quality and Affordability. They are BBB rated. Can't wait to get my truck in. I will give an update once I have an appointment and getthe work done. I have no doubt it will be top notch. Thank you Micah and Matt. You guys are rock stars

Repeat customer they have done decent work til most recently had them refresh my rear end on my truck. New locker and other High quality parts. My rear end lasted roughly 2 years and 16k miles before something blew a hole out of my rear differential cover. Tried to see if there was any exceptions could have been made and of course nothing can be done not a discounted rate or nothing. Another truck of mine had a rear end service and regear and one of the bolts was obviously not torqued to spec. I’ve spent good money with this place over the years from transmission rebuilds to replacing rear main seal and feel let down. I’ll be finding a new transmission shop at this point. Seems like the best service is only applied to customers that personally know the owners. It’s like pulling hair trying to talk to someone or check up on anything. If you choose them to do work be prepared to wait. Or have something fall apart again years later.

Got a flat tire down the road and luckily stopped here. They do not deal with tires, but the guys in the shop were able to get me to a point where I could get my car to a shop that could properly deal with the issue and recommended a shop that ended up being a great help. If their transmission work is as good as their employees are helpful and kind then you're in good hands.

I stopped by the shop this morning and found Matt working, he stopped what he was doing and asked what I needed, very polite! I explained that I had received a quote via text message and just wanted to make sure the quote was in line with what I needed. I explained the problem, leaking pretty badly from the bellhousing. He confirmed what I thought and assured me this was not the first time the shop had seen this very problem with the type of transmission that my car has. I left with an appointment to drop the car off at a later date feeling very good about my experience. I will update once the work has been completed and let everyone know if the quote and work are satisfactory. Right now I have very high expectations as Matt and Micha were both very knowledgeable and very professional. Update: I picked up my car and it was done perfectly, they went the extra mile to make this customer extremely satisfied!!!!

Honestly, Micah was true to his word about the price and when the job would be done. He gave me a great deal on a transmission replacement for my chevy silverado.
